• Free Shipping: For orders $50+ via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

We ship worldwide except to select Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Customer Shipping Responsibilities

• Original packaging with all tags must be included

• Candles & Fragrances (once opened or used)
• Bulbs (planting materials and seasonal items)
• Bowl & Vase Filler (opened packages)
• Bulk Floral & Supplies (cut or used materials)
• Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items

5.3 Return Process

1. Submit return request via email to [email protected] within 15 days
2. Receive Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
3. Securely package items with original packaging and documentation

5. Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return

5.4 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). We recommend using trackable shipping with insurance.
